Thursday, March 13th - Argentina and Peru *updated for 2025*
6:00 pm - 9:00 pm
We make empanadas all the time for our catered events, and now we want to teach you how to make these Argentinian snacks as well! There are many different types of empanadas, but Argentina is where they originated. Then we’ll head north to Peru, where not only were the Incas masters of agriculture, but they also developed some of the most resilient breeds of crops that we still rely on in our everyday lives, including potatoes and quinoa.
Menu:
Argentinian Beef Empanadas
Traditional Raw Peruvian Ceviche
Dulce de Leche Alfajores
Taught by Chef Shelley
* Wine and beer will be available for purchase.
