Friday, March 7th - Schnitzel and Strudel
6:00 pm - 9:00 pm
We, Heirloom’s owners (Shelley and Tony Roza), recently celebrated our 10th wedding anniversary with a bike trip riding through the countryside from Berlin to Prague. During our two weeks abroad, we got to eat many delicious traditional dishes. A lot of people say that food isn’t great from these countries, but we beg to disagree! We enjoyed exploring the culinary history of our family’s heritage and now want to share some of the best things we ate with you.
Potato Soup (Kartoffelsuppe)
Chicken Schnitzel
Apple Strudel
*Wine and beer will be available for purchase. Class is limited to 9 guests.
*Class consists of 2 hours of hands on cooking instruction followed by a group dinner.
This class will be held at Heirloom Fine Foods (325 N 72nd Street, Suite 200) and cost $110 per person.
*$10 of the ticket price goes to gratuity for Heirloom Staff working the Class
